Bacon and Egg Breakfast Cups

Bacon and eggs have never been easier! Check out this delicious recipe featuring our British Streaky Bacon.

Ingredients

  • British Streaky Bacon
  • 30 baby spinach leaves
  • 8 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease muffin tin with oil.
  3. Line each hole in the tray with a bacon rasher around the edge. Cook bacon for 5 minutes.
  4. Place 2-3 spinach leaves at the bottom of each hole.
  5. Break one egg into each hole. Add pepper. Making sure you leave 1cm of space on top so it doesn’t overflow.
  6. Bake for a further 15 minutes.
