British Bistro Burger

  • 1 British Sausage Co. Jumbo Bistro Burger
  • Burger Bun of your Choice
  • Mustard
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Small Pickle
  • Slice of Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Slices of Tomato
  • 2 Leaves of Lettuce


  1. Place bun in 100°C oven.
  2. Cook burger on BBQ or in oiled pan to your liking. We recommend 3 minutes each side.
  3. For the final minute of cooking place the slice of cheese on top of the patty so it melts slightly.
  4. Cut the pickle into small pieces.
  5. Take bun out of oven and cut in half.
  6. Spread top of bottom slice with mustard. Place patty on top.
  7. Top with tomato sauce and pickles.
  8. Top with tomato and lettuce and place burger bun on top.
