One Pan Breakfast

Because weekend’s are for sleep-ins and Full English Breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 British Sausage Co. Breakfast Beef Eater Sausages
  • 2 rashers British Smoked Back Bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • 2 slices bread (of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  1. Melt butter in pan and slowly cook sausages on medium heat for 8 minutes.
  2. Add bacon to pan and cook for a further 5 minutes, cooking both sides.
  3. Crack eggs on one side of the pan and mushrooms on the other side and fry for 4 minutes.
  4. Cut tomato in half and place face down in pan for 4 minutes.
