Because weekend’s are for sleep-ins and Full English Breakfasts.
Ingredients
4 British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
2 rashers British Smoked Back Bacon
1 tomato
2 eggs
¼ cup mushrooms
2- 4 slices bread (of your choice)
1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil of your choice (neutral flavour)
Method
Using a large fry pan, melt butter or heat oil in pan and slowly cook chipolatas on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.
Next, add bacon to the pan for a further 5 minutes, cooking both sides.
Crack eggs on one side of the pan and mushrooms on the other side and fry for 4 minutes.
Cut tomato in half and place face down in pan for 4 minutes.
