One Pan Breakfast for Two

Because weekend’s are for sleep-ins and Full English Breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 4 British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
  • 2 rashers British Smoked Back Bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • 2- 4 slices bread (of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil of your choice (neutral flavour)

Method

  1. Using a large fry pan, melt butter or heat oil in pan and slowly cook chipolatas on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.
  2. Next, add bacon to the pan for a further 5 minutes, cooking both sides.
  3. Crack eggs on one side of the pan and mushrooms on the other side and fry for 4 minutes.
  4. Cut tomato in half and place face down in pan for 4 minutes.
  5. Serve in the pan with fresh bread on the side.
