Pigs in Blanket (Bacon)

Whether you serve your pigs in blankets wrapped in bacon or pastry, one thing’s for certain – they’re always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 16 British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
  • 8 rashers or 1 pack of British Streaky or Back Bacon of your choice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven(fan forced) or set air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and set to side.
  3. Cut bacon rasher in half lengthways.
  4. Going one chipolata at a time, wrap the bacon around the chipolata until covered.
  5. Place each on the tray, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  6. Brush each wrapped chipolata with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook in oven for 22 minutes or air fryer for 10 – 12 minutes until fully cooked.
