Pigs in Blanket (Bacon)

Whether you serve your pigs in blankets wrapped in bacon or pastry, one thing’s for certain – they’re always a hit.

Ingredients

  • British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
  • British Streaky or Back Bacon of your choice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and set to side.
  3. Cut bacon rasher in half.
  4. Going one chipolata at a time, place at the end of bacon and roll until covered.
  5. Place each on the tray, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  6. Brush each wrapped chipolata with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
