Make these delicious Pigs in Blankets to complete your traditional roast dinner or Christmas spread.
Ingredients
16 British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
1 egg
¼ cup milk
Tomato sauce, to serve
Method
Preheat oven (fan forced) or set air fryer to 180°C.
Line a tray with baking paper and set to side.
Take the pastry out of the freezer and cut into 3 ways to make 9 squares.
One chipolata at a time, place so the corner of the pastry starts in the middle of the sausage. Lightly pinch the pastry and chipolata at the same time and roll diagonally from one corner to the other.
Place each on the tray, ensuring they aren’t touching.
Combine the egg and milk together in bowl then generously brush over each wrapped chipolata.
Cook in oven for 22 minutes or air fryer for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
