Pork Sausage Fried Rice


  • 6 British Sausage Co. Premium Pork Sausages
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup carrots
  • ½ cup of chopped spring onions
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs


  1. Cut sausages into small chunks.
  2. Cook sausages with onions, and half the oil and soy sauce for 5 minutes, turning often.
  3. Once cooked move to separate bowl.
  4. Finely chop carrots and add to wok with remaining oil and sauce.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes then add peas and cook for a further 1 minute.
  6. Add rice and stir quickly, making sure it doesn’t stick to the pan. Add more oil if needed.
  7. Whisk eggs together in a bowl and add to wok, stirring very quickly making sure the egg spreads to the whole mixture before it cooks.
  8. Still mixing/moving the rice, add the sausages and onion mix back to the wok and stir until everything is mixed together well.
  9. Serve on its own or as a side to another dish.
