Sausage Kebabs

Throw something different on the BBQ with these sausage kebabs! They’re quick, easy, delicious and you know the kids will love them.


  • 8 British Sausage Co. Beef Eater Sausages (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow capsicum, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 4 pineapple slices or rings, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Soak eight 8-inch wood skewers in water for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  2. Thread sausage, capsicum, zucchini, pineapple and onion onto the skewers, alternating between each item
  3. Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until sausage is cooked through and peppers are blistered, about 13 to 15 minutes. Transfer skewers to a plate or platter and serve.
