Secrets to beautiful sausages

Barbecue and Grilling

Remove sausages from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. You’ll be rewarded with a shorter cooking time and more evenly cooked-through sausages.

Avoid charring by using radiant rather than direct heat.

With Pork or Cumberland sausages use a little oil as very little fat should come out of the sausage.

Air Frying

Set your air fryer to 190 Degrees.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning the sausages half way.

Eat up and enjoy!

Pan Frying

Using a low-flavoured oil, cook the sausages low and slow over a medium heat. Nestle together and turn the sausages often.

Makes sure the sausages have no splits!

Cooking time: Thin sausages – 15 mins. Thick sausages – 20-30 mins.

Oven Baking

Lay your sausages in a baking tray or dish, making sure they aren’t touching.

Avoid pricking the sausages as it lets out all the beautiful flavours!

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, turning the sausages after 10 minutes.

Secrets to beautiful bacon

Barbecue and pan fry

Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil.

Add bacon and turn when the bacon starts to buckle and curl.

Turn occasionally until the bacon is fully cooked and to your liking.
