Bacon Butty

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a hearty snack, the Bacon Butty brings a taste of the UK to your table.

Ingredients

• British Streaky or Back Bacon of your choice
• Bread of your choice
• Butter
• HP Sauce

Method

1. Place bacon on tray lined with baking paper and cook in oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
2. Toast the bread to your liking.
3. Butter both slices of bread. Add bacon, top with HP sauce and place the other slice on top.
