Little Devils, Big Flavour

Born in Victorian Britain as the mischievous counterpart to “Angels on Horseback” (oysters wrapped in bacon), these little devils swapped seafood for indulgent dried fruit. Prunes wrapped in streaky bacon, or dates stuffed with creamy goat’s cheese, sizzle into salty‑sweet bites that earned their fiery title from being served piping hot. Perfect with beer or bubbles these are the ultimate crowd pleasers.
