Butcher approved breakfast muffin

The humble breakfast muffin considerably upgraded.

Ingredients

  • 4 British Sausage Co Chipolatas
  • 2 rashers British Smoked Back Bacon
  • 2 English Muffins, split in halves
  • 2 potato rosti
  • 2 eggs, scrambled (want tips of the perfect scrambled egg? click here)

Method

  1. Place the chipolatas and potato rösti into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 8 minutes.
  2. Prep the eggs. While the chipolatas and rösti are doing their thing, scramble your eggs gently and set aside.
  3. Open the basket and add the bacon and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove sausages, bacon and potato rösti from the airfryer and place the English muffins into the air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes until light toasted
  4. The final step, build your muffin. Layer with rösti, chipolata’s, scrambled egg and bacon. Give it one final minute in the air fryer. The result? Good ingredients. Nicely stacked.
