Jumbo Sized Pigs in Blankets

Jumbo Sized, decadent and delicious, perfect as a main or as a side for your celebration. We’ve gone full hearty and served them on a bed of mash!

Ingredients

  • 500g or 6 British Sausage Co. Cumberland Recipe Sausages (Thick-style)
  • 175g rashers British Smoked Streaky Bacon
  • Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven (fan forced) or set air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and set to side.
  3. Going one sausage at a time, wrap a bacon rasher around the sausage until covered.
  4. Place each on the tray, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  5. Brush each wrapped sausage with oil.
  6. Cook in the oven for 30 – 35 minutes or air fryer for 20 – 25 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
