Love Sausage • Bacon Heart Raw on Tray rgb

Ingredients

  • 16 British Sausage Co. Chipolatas of your choice
  • 8 rashers or 1 pack of British Streaky Bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven (fan forced) or set air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper.
  3. Open sausage pack and keep chipolatas on string until the eighth. Then cut, giving you eight chipolatas on two strings.
  4. Wrap bacon rashers around the chipolatas then shape into a love heart, secure the bottom tip of the love heart with a toothpick
  5. Place each on the tray.
  6. Brush each wrapped love heart with oil
  7. Cook in the oven for 30 – 35 minutes or air fryer for 20 – 25 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
  8. If featuring eggs as your love heart filling, add in 5 to 10 minutes prior to cooking completion and cook to your liking.
