The Great British Air Fryer Breakfast

Some mornings call for a proper breakfast. The good news? With an air fryer you can have sausages, black pudding and crispy potato all working together in the same basket with no frying pan in sight.

Ingredients

  • 4 British Sausage Co Chipolatas
  • 2 rashers British Smoked Back Bacon
  • 2 slices black pudding
  • 2 potato rösti nests or hash browns (check out our recipe for Potato Rosti’s here)
  • 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Method

  1. Start with the slow coaches. Place the chipolatas and potato rösti into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 8 minutes.
  2. Add the rest. Open the basket and add the bacon, black pudding and cherry tomatoes. Give everything a little shuffle so the hot air can do its thing. Cook for a further 8 minutes until the bacon is crisp, the black pudding is heated through and the sausages are golden.
  3. Check and serve. Every air fryer has its own personality, so check everything is cooked to your liking before serving. Pile onto warm plates and serve immediately.
